best friends wedding

my best friend got married this past weekend and i had the privilege of being her MOH.  her wedding was  in a gorgeous chapel in charleston, and her reception was in the most  beautiful location you could find.  there was a white tent put up on the eighteenth hole of a golf course overlooking the bay. the bride was glowing, the views were awe-inspiring, and the food was out of this world amazing.  usually when you hear bbq you picture a backyard memorial day bash, but that was not the case at her reception.  the chef took simple dishes like pulled pork, barbecued salmon, and cornbread and turned them into something that is making my mouth water right now reminiscing about it.  the reception was brought to life after we ate and danced the night away under the stars.  the bride and groom took off in a Rolls Royce to start their lives together.  (wish i was in St. Lucia where they are now - love you Jenn)
