adoption

a few months ago before i started this blog a friend and i went to the local pet adoption store. she was looking for a puppy to be by her side when her husband was deployed. we came across the one and his name is Cash (as in Johnny Cash) but as you walk around its hard not to want to save them all. i don't understand why people feel the need to spend hundreds upon hundreds for a dog when you can pay a $150 (which goes towards the other dogs in the store) for a dog that can do just as much as one that cost $500 or more. Please stop and think before you get a dog from the pet store most of them come from puppy mills. for you that don't know much about puppy mills its were they breed female dogs from the time they are pups until death. they live their entire live in a prison. to learn more on puppy mills and how to help stop them please visit www.humanesociety.org/issues/puppy_mills/ PLEASE ADOPT!!!!!
